Shareholder Services recruitment
You will act as the main focal point for all investor issues. In addition, you will act as a key stakeholder to both internal and external departments to implement solutions to support business growth and integration. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop relationship skills within an expansive and growing organisation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide Account Services to institutional investors
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders such as account managers, legal, Fund Accounting and custody
- Set-up, maintain and support client accounts
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate new product launches
- Daily and monthly reporting
- Represent the Shareholder Services team on transformation projects
Knowledge
- Understanding of Transfer Agency/ Shareholder Services
- Strong communication skills
- University degree, or equivalent
- Investment Management background
- Strong stakeholder management skills
