1st Position:
Title: Sharepoint Designer 2010 Consultant
Position Type: Corp to Corp
KEY JOB ELEMENTS
* Act as the end-to-end IT programming resource for customization of SharePoint sites using SharePoint Designer on 2010.
* Deliver projects and system changes following an agile methodology.
- Work in iterations with the business to create the user experience and to define the security model.
- Create and maintain SharePoint Workflows.
- Create data view/form Web Parts.
- Conduct appropriate testing in the Pre-Production environment.
- Migrate changes to the Production environment and gain business sign-off
- Create system documentation * design, testing, and user guide * on the final system functionality.
* Work in a team environment with novice SharePoint developers.
* Follow departmental procedures for configuration item management.
* Provide weekly status updates.
* Act as an advocate for Information Technology best practices, including establishing automated controls and protectingdata.
* Interact with investment management and investment operations business units.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
* Superior analytical and proactive problem solving skills
* Demonstrated ability to identify/implement efficiency and process improvements
* 3 years minimum functional and technical design experience
* 4 years minimum experience in developing with SharePoint Designer 2007/2010.
MAJOR PLUS:
* Knowledge of Excel/Access/VBA
* Knowledge of investment products and asset management processes
* Prefer candidates with strong Sharepoint Designer 2010 experience

2nd Position:
Title: SharePoint Developer/Analyst
The SharePoint Developer will have responsibility for the maintenance, and development and expansion of company SharePoint Sites. This person will work with internal IT and internal clients to create and implement systems needed for the business for collaboration, document management and workflow.
* Deploy SharePoint functionality and assist users in utilizing SharePoint.
* Be an expert with web parts, lists, document libraries and managing custom content types and custom web parts.
* Develop and maintain maintenance plans and documents
* Design and develop SP 2010 Custom Site Collection by designing Custom Site Columns, Lists, Workflows and Libraries.
* Develop custom web parts for custom approval workflow*s and configure Crawl service to enable SharePoint 2010 Search service
* Deployed existing**custom workflow into new portal site using feature and solution framework
* Developed Content Pages and Page Layouts using VS 2010 and **** SharePoint Designer 2010.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Hands-on SharePoint 2010 experience*
* Must have 4+ years of experience and knowledge in SharePoint Server 2007 and WSS 3.0, SharePoint Server 2003 and WSS 2.0 on both single server deployment and multi-server (server farm) deployment for various Intranet and Internet Solutions.
* Very strong understanding of MOSS concepts
* Experience in utilizing SharePoint components including web parts (using .NET technologies), templates, forms, content management, business intelligence, and workflows.
* Experience in software development life cycle
* Very strong communication skills and user interaction experience
* Experience in trouble-shooting and providing solutions for users
* Experience maintaining SharePoint sites that have 500+ users
* Experience with medium server farm implementations
