SharePoint Administrator/Business Applications Administrator Job in Scottsdale 85250, Arizona Us

 

Skills Necessary:

Strong inter-personal and communication skills: Capable of explaining simple procedures in writing or orally, good phone skills.

Experience with MS SharePoint Server

Experience with MS CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or other CRM solution

Experience writing Crystal Reports based reports.

Experience writing MS-SQL Reporting based reports

Experience with MS-SQL and Access databases and applications

Experience with Microsoft Visual Basic and other development tools

Experience with ITSM or other Incident (ticket) Management Systems

Experience with ITIL practices.

Working experience in Client/Server/Web applications

Basic understanding of Windows Server Administration

Available to provide 24x7 system support.

Willingness to learn new applications and technologies

Ability to attend training classes to improve knowledge and skills.

 

Additional skills will be considered a plus:

MS Project Server Administration

Visual Source Safe Administration

 

Education:

College Degree or equivalent work experience

Microsoft Certifications in SharePoint, MS CRM, MS Development Tools a plus.
