Description Key Role: Plan, organize, and conduct classroom or onsite SharePoint End User, Designer, and admin courses for DoD clients. Provide training and technical support and assistance to clients and use client SharePoint products in diagnosing problems in a timely and accurate manner to assure customer satisfaction. Customize training curriculum and training documentation based on client requirements and business processes workflow documentation prior to onsite training in an effort to become familiar with the client's requirements and procedures. Update training tools, including training environment, attendance tracking, and schedules used for end user training. Create and maintain classroom sessions and end-user training materials, including user guides and manuals and tips, techniques, and shortcuts documents. This position is located in Leavenworth, KS.
