Description
Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for SharePoint Website development and maintenance, and development and maintenance of technical documentation. Provide SharePoint development support by analyzing specifications, designing logic, writing code, customizing products, testing and debugging, and documenting software for Microsoft Office SharePoint server (MOSS) portal implementations on cyber and other related projects. Collaborate with the client CIO, APPS, and other mission groups to develop sites and create new functionality for SharePoint portal sites. Identify and resolve technical problems during portal implementation and rollout. Architect, implement, and manage a SharePoint server environment on multiple networks.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with using and developing SharePoint, Microsoft SharePoint Designer, and Visual Studio.NET
-Experience with Microsoft application development with .NET, including VB, ASP, or C#
-Experience with SharePoint Portal Server and Windows SharePoint Services implementation and deployment, including the creation of custom Web parts
-Experience with Web development, including HTML, DHTML, and CSS
-TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
-BS degree required
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Website development, including Group, Division, Branch, and Project levels
-Experience with Website management, including utility and content
-Experience with graphics development, including slides and logos
-Experience with map Website processes and workflows
-Experience with SharePoint development and modification at Group, Division, Branch, and Project levels
-Ability to troubleshoot SharePoint issues and assist personnel with use of SharePoint
-Ability to administer permissions to SharePoint sites
-Ability to work with divisions to create and enhance the Websites
-Ability to work with divisions on internal application IT issues
-Ability to work with other divisions on database and software changes
-Ability to advise on Website strategy as needed
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MS degree preferred
