As a SharePoint Developer / Support Consultant, you will primarily be tasked with creating and nurturing the support practice internally, as well as assisting with project based work as required.
You will play an instrumental role in the set-up and ongoing development of our client's support practice requiring your technical aptitude, great communication skills and strong customer focus. You'll have plenty of scope to grow in the role and take on new responsibilities as you progress.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have;
- Solid hands-on experience across the SharePoint platform, including configuration, reporting, deployment, testing, documentation and SQL
- A Basic understanding of how SharePoint works in relation to infrastructure design, deployment, configuration and troubleshooting
- Customer-facing experience
As a SharePoint Developer / Support Consultant, you will have a professional and personable approach. A knack for problem solving is equally important.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of SLAs and contractual obligations, however this is by no means essential.
