We are looking to identify a talented Compliance Director for this board position, to provide visible leadership in a multi-discipline environment to a UK Technical Compliance, Health Safety, Security and Quality (SHEQ) team.
The role is with a leading Facilities Management company who are at a very exciting stage in their growth, and is part of a multi billion global organisation.
Hands on and strategic you will need to have a background in engineering, be qualified in Health Safety and have extensive knowledge on UK and European legislation. You will also have at least 10 years experience in a safety critical environment - the field of high risk safe systems of work such as High/Low Voltage electrical distribution and Pressure Systems including steam, high temperature hot water etc.
Suitable candidates will come from the FM (facilities management) sector and ideally have experience in ME, soft and hard services - you will be a qualified Company Authorising Engineer and conversant in all aspects of health, safety, Quality, Environmental and technical issues.
Naturally you will be someone who can build high performance teams and have a passion for training in order to take this role onto a new level, providing strong leadership to deliver exceptional results.
