SHIFT ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR - MANCHESTER - c.£33,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS - FMCG
The Company
An experienced electrically biased Engineering Supervisor is required for a successful and expanding food manufacturing company to plan and organise both reactive and proactive maintenance activities at their site in Manchester.
The Role
The role involves organising resources to ensure breakdowns are dealt with efficiently alongside investigating the root causes of such failures and implementing plans to improve machine reliability, performance and efficiency. You will also manage and co-ordinate preventative maintenance plans, personnel resources and contractors as part of the company's investment programme.
The Person
The successful candidate will come from a high volume automated manufacturing background. You will possess an appropriate qualification in Electrical Engineering with knowledge of PLC fault finding. Finally, you will come from a proactive maintenance environment and have good organisational skills and ideally some supervisory or management experience.
Salary
£33,000 + bonus + benefits
