A leading designer and manufacturer of process equipment are currently seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to maintain, lead and develop their production and stores function to ensure client expectations are surpassed.
The successful Shift Manager will be responsible for managing a large multi-skilled team (25+) encompassing welders, fabricators, and assemblers on a (13.30-22.30 shift).
The role will include; leading the companies HS policy to ensure a safe working environment, plan / manage labour so project deadlines are achieved, monitor production budget, and develop processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Suitable candidates will either be apprentice trained and have worked their way up from the shop floor or be HND / degree qualified and have strong shift management experince.
