Pilgrim's is seeking a Shift Manager - Debone for our Sumter, SC facility. This position will work with both 1st and 2nd shifts as needed.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Manages and maintains operations on a particular shift within the processing facility. Provides direction, support, leadership and development for subordinate managers, utilizing knowledge of processing techniques and procedures, as well as problem-solving skills. Operates shift in a cost effective manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
