Position: Shift Managers / Shift Leaders / Shift Supervisor
Location: Evesham
Salary: £24 - £28k
Reporting to Production management, you will be involved with a range of production issues and will be predominantly based on the shop floor. Ideally you will have at least three years supervisory/managerial experience and will be a strong team leader. You will be enthusiastic and have a flexible attitude towards working hours.
You should be organised, self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative. You will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate well at all levels.
Shifts: Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs - other shifts may be available 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm
