We are a high volume Mexican food chain of restaurants. We currently operate 3 locations in San Antonio, and will be opening a fourth location at the end of 2012. Our new location will be near the corner of I-35 and FM 3009. Our restaurants have two drive-thru lanes and offer counter service to dine-in customers. All of our locations are open 24 hours for inside and drive-thru service. All of our food is made from scratch every shift. Nothing is frozen, except for the margaritas. We serve beer and frozen alcoholic beverages. Though we are a quick service restaurant, we do use china and silverware for inside dining.
We are now hiring shift managers and supervisors for all of our locations and for all shifts. There are about 12 positions available. Shifts are: 5:30am to 2:30pm, 1:30pm to 10:30pm, and 9:30pm to 6:30am. These positions have a five day work week. Typical days off will be between Monday and Thursday. We ask our managers and supervisors to work very hard while at work, but they rarely work more than 45 hours per week. We understand that managers and supervisors will need some weekends off for special occasions and we do our best to accommodate them, but these positions will be working most weekends.
Shift supervisors should have 2 years of restaurant experience managing at least 10 employees. Shift Managers should have 5 years of restaurant experience and two of those years managing at least 25 employees. Institutional food service experience does not satisfy our experience requirements. Applicants should have no more than 3 jobs in last 5 years. Candidates need to be very hands on and have a high energy level.
