Shift Supervisor Job in Cambridge 02139, Massachusetts US
Small mission-based cafe located in Central Square committed to serving fresh, healthy, and organic food and beverages looking for experienced Shift Supervisor to run opening (6am-2pm) shifts.
Potential candidates must display the following professional qualifications: Dependable and reliable; experienced in delivery of exceptional customer service; ability to effectively lead during peak hours; ability to work weekends, personable, quick learner on the three store stations (Sandwich Line, Register, Espresso Bar).
Duties include arriving to cafe at 6am, setting up cafe for start of business day, deploying staff efficiently, maintaining cleanliness in both front and back of cafe, cash handling and banking, communicating effectively among employees, other Shift Supervisors, and Store Manager.
Will train on opens, menu, POS (Micros), and espresso station, as well as all aspects of store operation.
