The role will include:
Taking responsibility for the productivity of the night shift
Managing the efficiency of the chilled food production lines
Developing your team
Managing Absenteeism, return to work, first line disciplinary
Monitoring targets and KPIs
Developing waste reduction techniques
Encouraging and motivating the team
The successful candidate will:
3 years experience in chilled food manufacturing at a supervisory level
Knowledge of Continuous Improvements and Lean Manufacturing
Knowledge of GMP and BRC preparation
Demonstrate adherence to policies, procedures and KPIs
Work to a timely and organised manner.
