Shift: 6-2 / 2-10
Location: Cheshire
Salary: circa £24 dep.on exp.
Our Client is a multi-site food manufacturer based in the North West who is now seeking a Production Supervisor/Shift Manager to join their team and report directly into the Factory Manager heading up a small team of operatives in a highly influential role.
Reporting to the Factory Manager as Production Shift Manager, you will be tasked with the usual challenges associated with a Fresh Food Manufacturing/Processing facility, ensuring daily output. You will be required to overcome production issues, manage the staff on a daily basis, including first line disciplinaries and return to work interviews if required. You will be expected to use your initiative and make suggestions and improvements that add value to the department.
Already working as a Production Supervisor / Shift Manager role you must have experience working within the fresh food industry You should be able to hit the ground running and really make a difference in not only maintaining but improving the teams performance.
