Summary:
Pulling and Loading Dairy Product for Route Delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Pulling product from conveyor belt to complete driver orders in a safe manner.
- Keeping track conveyor belt clear of obstructions.
- Pulling product from the conveyor belt to complete next day order.
- Unload empty trailers
- Constantly supply plant with enough cases for products
- Keep Dock area clean and neat
- Cases stacked seven high to inverter
- Other duties as assigned or necessitated by change or condition.
Desired Outcomes or Results:
To accurately and efficiently pull, load and organize orders for drivers.

Education and/or Experience:
High School Graduate Preferred, but not necessary. Trainable Position
Language Skills:
Good Verbal Communication Skills Required.
Mathematical Skills:
Basic Math Skills Required.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to Stand 75%, Walk 25% of the time. Lifting and Carrying of Product does not exceed 40 lbs. Pushing and Pulling of Product does not exceed 250 lbs.
