Shipper/Receiver

Tracer Industries Canada Limited, a division of Tyco Thermal Controls, is a specialized Engineering, Procurement and Construction Company that concentrates on Heat Management Systems. Tracer's corporate head office is in Houston, Texas with the Canadian corporate office in Edmonton.
 
Tracer Industries Canada Limited is now accepting applications for a Shipper Receiver.  Reporting to Tracer's Materials Manager (or assigned designate), your duties will include but not be limited to:
 
-       Process assigned warehouse transactions. 
-       Process inbound and outbound shipments in a timely, accurate and safe manner.
-       Collect materials from warehouse bin locations as per SAP generated pick list.
-       Pack and inspect shipments collected as per SAP generated pick list.
-       Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
-       Efficiently package and prepare required documentation for outbound shipments.
-       Communicate with freight broker to facilitate the preparation of international documentation.
-       Utilize warehouse control documents including OSD (Overage Shortage and Damage) and NCR (Non-Conformance Report) forms.
-       Direct contact with freight carriers to arrange timely pickup of shipments.
-       Inventory cycle counting as required.
-       Accurate SAP posting on all required transactions.
-       Efficient order processing.
-       Meet quality work output expectations.
-       Provide value to customers through the utilization of best practices.
-       Timely customer feedback.
-       Create a positive working environment for all team members through respect, honesty, commitment, fun, growth, balance, an open mind, humility, authenticity, and open communication.

-       Minimum 3 years warehouse experience.
-       Experience with SAP software solutions considered an asset.
-       Trained and certified with counterbalanced forklift certificate.
-       Experience with warehouse operations and
-       Proven safe track record with forklift operations.
-       Professional demeanour.
-       Ability to multi-task in a busy warehouse environment.
-       Strong organizational skills.
-       High level of self-motivation and initiative.
-       Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
