Shipping Administrator Job in Derbyshire, Midlands UK

A fantastic opportunity in the Pinxton location for a customer facing administration working with the shipment management team. Main duties involve the responsibility for the handling of the shipping documentation with regard to the export of manufactured product.
The administrator will work closely with manufacturing and warehouse personnel as well as the main customer service function and be involved in direct interaction with customers, handling queries and attending to their specific needs.

•To efficiently arrange UK and export deliveries of manufactured products to customers
•To create commercial invoices in relation to the deliveries.
•To understand and conform to export legislation
•To issue Certificates of Origin, packaging documentation, test certificates and other documentation as required by customers
•Creation of invoices with SAP
•The tracking of shipments through freight forwarders.
•Be proactive in the identification and full investigation of customer complaints.
•Work towards team performance and KPIs
•Optimise SAP order management functions.
•Develop relationships at strategic accounts and contractors.
