Client is a global commodity trading and processing company.
The Role
The shipping officer will process and monitor weight and quality claims for purchase or sales, check service provider billing invoices, do month end inventory reconciliation and process documentation for Interco shipment. You will provide back out for documentation team to prepare and handle shipping documentation.
You will be required to liaise with Group companies or agents on all aspect of International trade activities, liaise with local banks, internal staffs like traders, operations, finance and accounts.
Your Profile
The successful candidate will a Diploma in any field, with at least 3 to 5 years of experiences in shipping documentation, L/C and trade documents. You will be a team player who possess good communication skills.
