Position will be responsible for coordinating shipping/receiving documentation, verifying, receiving customer shipments and shipments of assigned customers orders in an efficient and timely manner to meet on time delivery. Coordinator will also facilitate the structuring of each shipment and logistics of the customers orders to minimize costs and ensure customer satisfaction. He/she will also facilitate the movement of TBS materials received and stored in off-site locations. Additional Responsibilities include: Ensuring that a valid customer purchase order exist for all materials received for processing, resolve any instances of unidentified materials received, and provide a valid receiving report for off-loading.
