Shop Manager Job in East Lulworth, South West UK
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shop Manager to work within the Lulworth Estate. Managing the Heritage Centre Shop you`ll have exceptional Sales Customer Service skills and be confident with stock management. You`ll also manage two other smaller shops on the Lulworth Estate with your team of up to 10 staff, but this will not be a problem as you`ll be able to demonstrate great team management skills.
This is a role that would suit someone already within a shop management role or perhaps someone ready to take the next step into management. You`ll be excited by the prospect of taking on a role in such beautiful surroundings and with a very different pace to the high street.
Working hours are Mon-Fri 9.30am-4.30pm (October-Mid March) and 9.30am-7.00pm (flexi) during the summer. There are also weekends to be covered - approximately 2days per month to be confirmed at point of interview.
