Description
-You sell Mobistar products and services so as to achieve sales objectives.
-You identify customer needs and propose adapted products, formulas etc.
-You cooperate in achieving team/shop sales and customer satisfaction objectives .
-You do the follow-up of customer files (activation, complaints, repairs, orders).
-You make sure the shop is ready for opening on time (lights, pc’s and phones on, money in cashier) and shop is closed properly (cashier closing, lights off, alarm on, shop doors closed properly).
-You cooperate in maintaining shop neat, orderly and according to guidelines.
-You cooperate in all inventory aspects (loans, repairs, correct selling input in cashier systems, monthly inventory).
Your profile
-You have at least a high school degree.
-You have at least 1 year experience in a commercial position.
-You have a good knowledge of sales techniques.
-Knowledge of Telecom products services is an asset.
-You are able to understand the needs and priorities of customers and to respond to their expectations.
-You are a good communicator, a team player and result oriented.
-You are flexible and honest.
-You are fluent in Dutch and French.
