Make your mark as a professional operator by joining what could be the biggest open cut pit in the southern hemisphere.

If you’re up for the challenge, you’ll expand your existing skills on large hydraulic shovels or excavators by operating a variety of mobile equipment including the Bucyrus 495 Electric Rope Shovel. A rotating 7/7 roster with 12.5 hour shifts is also offered for a great work/life balance.

This ever-changing mine is one where large mobile equipment operates 24 hours a day in close proximity to explosive products and people working on the bench fl oors. The potential exists for unpredictable large vehicle movements, especially during changing weather conditions. All personnel are committed to work safely together through clear communication, effective training processes and by following approved procedures and rules including wearing the correct PPE.

As the person for the job, you have a WA HR class driver’s licence as well as heavy earthmoving and operating experience in open cut/quarry operations.
