Primary Duties and Responsibilities

          Manage the sales process of walk-in customers and sales opportunities assigned by team leader.

          Develop accurate pricing estimates on all orders prior to release.

          Complete all Sales agreement process activities with customers.

          Update the Used Team Leader with current status on projects.

          Collaborate with other teams to complete the order fulfillment process.

          Maintain files and documents for the account activity.

          Suggest product solutions to customers based on inventory on hand.

          Support Team leader as requested.

          Organize and clean used showroom area.

          Support Sales Coordinator with pricing as requested.

 

Expectations

          Achieve the quarterly sales and gross profit goals for Used Furniture Division

          Achieve quarterly and yearly individual sales objectives

          Provide accurate used, refurbished, and new product pricing

          Assist with all marketing and advertising initiatives of Used Furniture Division
