The company is seeking a Retail Salesperson for their Chatswood showroom for an immediate start.

Role
. The primary responsibility is to engage showroom visitors, create rapport while identifying their needs and to then recommend the most appropriate products.  Sales made may be 'cash and carry' sales or require detailed quotations to be prepared and then proactively followed up.

Supply is coordinated by a customer service team but your responsibility also extends to resolving customer queries and issues that may arise while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Candidate
The ideal candidate will have successful retail sales experience in the bathroom industry. Alternatively, you will be working in a similar role in an allied field where the sales process is the same.

Either way, if you possess top sales ability we expect you to also have superior people skills and an outgoing, vibrant personality. These talents should be reflected in your ability to engage potential customers who enter the showroom, quickly gain their confidence and manage the sales process to a successful outcome.

You must be a well organised individual with initiative and a strong focus on helping customers - in order to win orders. To a large extent, your personal presentation, flair and positive attitude will set the standard for the showroom.
