Showroom Sales personnel provide expert production selection assistance and design advice to our showroom customers. They ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction in order to meet or exceed the established sales and gross profit goals, and to increase profit sharing. 1. Assist the showroom customers, assessing their needs, guiding their product selections and successfully closing the sale. 2. Provide customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, product suitability, pricing, and availability. 3. Enter Sales Order and Bids, expedite purchases and maintain customer communication to ensure accurate and timely order processing. 4.Process showroom sale returns and refund paperwork in accordance with Company policy and procedure. 5. Attend industry-related functions and professional events to learn about new products, design industry trends and build business relationships. Candidates need to have outstanding customer service and verbal/telephone communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of product and kitchen/bath design trends; able to suggest appropriate related products for purchase. Able to build and maintain positive working relationship with customers, vendors, and co-workers. Identify customer needs, provide profitable solutions and close the sale. Minimum 2+years experience in customer service and sales, plumbing showroom sales preferred. Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends. Will need to be comfortable standing, walking, and lifting frequently.
