Shuttle Driver - Smoky Mountains
Full time position available in Sales to drive the Sales Center Shuttle along with other varied duties within the department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Taking tour guests and sales associates to the Resort and back.
- Routine Maintenance schedule service
- Customer Service
- Following specific regularly scheduled routes, charter routes or responds to requests from dispatch or management for unscheduled pick‑ups or drop‑offs.
- Assisting passengers in boarding and exiting vehicle by loads and unloading luggage, packages and other items.
- Learns and provides guests and passengers with appropriate information regarding lodging, entertainment and attractions within service area.
- Treats all guests, customers, and other persons in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent customer service a must!
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work some weekends and holidays
A Positive and upbeat "can do" attitude
Must be trustworthy and dependable
Valid HI drivers license and clean driving record
Consents to annual check of driving record
