Pioneer Consulting are seeking a strong Siebel Developer to lead all application enhancements and developments as well as providing support across the IT business applications.
The role:
In charge of the Release Management process and control of all IT application releases including:
Reviewing release planning
Discovery, documentation, resolution and escalation of release dependencies, risks and issues
Communications to management and stakeholders
Coordination of release delivery, including management of suppliers delivering IT changes and releases
Managing release budgets
Coordinate release approval and closure
Controls incoming workloads for application enhancements and developments
Fulfilling requests for development and test environments
Skills:
Experienced with Siebel 7. and Siebel 8.
Understanding of Oracle middleware components
SQL skills
Application Development and Testing tools - Quality Centre
ITIL (preferably with experience in Release Management)
Proven ability to manage IT suppliers in operational support and development activities
