TIAA-CREF: SiebelTechnical Lead (Charlotte, NC): functions as the technical subject matter expert on corporate and business initiatives. They will collect, coordinate, deploy, and communicate technical resources for a project or initiative and serve as the single technical point of contact for the project and program managers. The Technical Lead consistently delivers the technical design, development and implementation of projects on time and within budget, meeting high quality standards and customer expectations. They design and build solutions consistent with enterprise architecture reference standards. They influence changes to core standards based on best practices and project lessons learned. The position evaluates and implements new initiatives on process improvement and technology initiatives. They lead the technical aspects of interdepartmental or interdivisional operational project initiatives. They assist management in coordinating business area activities and balancing workload. The Technical Lead will work a variety of schedules including evenings, early mornings, and weekends as well as additional hours during critical periods. They work with the project manager to actively identify and log technical issues or risks associated with a project, escalating them, as appropriate, and possibly implementing mitigation strategies for risk prevention and timely resolution. They negotiate deliverables from technical design to final implementation across technical areas. They serve as the initial technical point of contact for related activities within architecture domain(s) being supported
