My client have a fantastic reputation within the market place and are offering this Sipp Administrator job to the market to work in their team in the heart of Bristol.

Job Profile:

Working as part of a small team, the job holder will be responsible for obtaining up-to-date valuations of client assets held within their Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP).
These valuations are then used to generate illustrations and Annual Review Packs (ARPs) for dissemination to clients and Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) within timelines dictated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

Duties include:

- Contacting IFAs, clients and financial institutions by various means to obtain asset valuations.
- Chasing and diarising valuations to be obtained
- Updating IT Systems (SIPP Pro) with asset values.
- Producing Statutory Money Purchase Illustration (SMPI) and drawdown illustrations
- Producing SIPP ARPs
- Preparing and producing covering letters and mail merges
- Electronic filing of valuations received after input.
- Ensuring a copy of any illustration or ARP issued is placed on electronic file.
- Liaise with other areas of IPS as appropriate to obtain/give/correct client information

The Candidate:

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal (mainly telephone) and written
- Proven customer service skills
- Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel MS Outlook
- Tenacious
- Accuracy
- Prioritise and meet deadlines
- Work on own initiative as well as be a team player
- Who is prepared to work extra hours when required
