Our Client, a manufacturing facility in the Sarnia Area is looking to hire a Site Administrator to work with their busy office environment. This is a temporary position working full-time to cover 12 month maternity leave period. Reporting to the Site Manager, this role is to provide administrative support to all functional groups on site.

Job Responsibilities:
-Semi Monthly Payroll Administration - Maintain data integrity, report and submit hours by exception; auditing for accuracy; capture project hours and costs required for site finance reporting
-Records Management - Deliver on-going training and foster an environment of document ownership through Records Information Management processes; maintain records inventory, auditing and ensure conformity surrounding lifespan of documents as per corporate guidelines
-Rewards Recognition - manage data records (cash or near cash gifts and awards) including administering service awards; participate on site RR Team
-Facilitate site Travel and Purchasing Card Program in conjunction with Corporate and support site card holders in training and reconciliation processes
-Administrative support tasks include but are not limited to database maintenance, data collection and documentation for graphs, charts, presentations, composing letters and notes as requested; researching a wide variety of informational requests and analyzing trends
-Coordinate logistics for on/off site conference room bookings, arrange catering and correlated payment, monitor/track overtime vouchers and associated account reconciliation
-Lead site with Community Investment initiatives; local donations; organizing events such as: BBQ's, draws, donation requests and payroll deductions. Actively involved with Community Investment Group and facilitate donation requests through Mississauga as approved by the group.
-Facilitate site United Way Campaign; Children's Christmas Party, BBQ's, and Communication Sessions
-Administer site stationary and office supplies; maintain appropriate levels for usage while obtaining cost savings and sourcing best value for special requests
-Oversee site controlled documents

Requirements:
-2-3 years of related experience and post secondary education
-Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Access, Outlook Word, SAP software an asset
-Ability to quickly master new software and train staff on functionality
-Ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines with shifting priorities
-Familiarity working with controlled documents in ISO environment an asset
