Site Financial Controller
Our client, a highly successful global FMCG business, based North of Lincoln, is looking to recruit to the job of Site
Financial Controller.
The role is interesting and varied and is an integral part of the site management team providing timely management information and driving profit improvements year on year, ensuring compliance to statutory and internal group reporting requirements and providing governance and identifying risks. Key responsibilities will include; EBITDA forecasting, production of monthly management accounts, team management, developing and challenging KPI's, systems implementation and improvements, stock control and management, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting and supporting the audit process.
You will be a Finance Professional; either a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA) or Qualified by experience
and ideally have previous manufacturing or FMCG experience. You will be able to demonstrate a strong technical understanding of accounting principles (UK GAAP and IFRS) and be highly computer literate. In addition you must be able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels across a business, have a "can-do" attitude and be able to meet strict deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
