With key connections within the Northern Territory, our client is seeking to engage a Site Manager to take all operational control and oversee all hospitality based sectors.
To be successful in this role; you will:
• Have previous leadership/management experience in multi-functional site operations
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written
• Exceptional people management experience (up to 20 direct reports)
• Flexible with availability (Mon-Fri based however on call 24/7)
• Strong hospitality background
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrated leadership skills
