Responsibilities will include: * Maintaining a safe work environment which promotes an incident-free culture * Building a strong team by hiring, motivating, guiding, and developing direct reports * Meeting the service-level agreement objectives and exceeding the customer's expectations * Providing clear communication to both internal and external personnel, including updates on the business strategy and service delivery key performance indicators * Providing resources to employees to ensure objectives are exceeded * Being fully responsible for profit and loss (PL) of the assigned site * Working closely with the ATS Account Manager and Area Operations Manager to retain and grow business, and increase customers willingness to refer ATS to new customers * Creating and maintaining an environment focused on continuous process improvement * Conducting meetings with the customer (Plant Manager and plant leadership team) for review of ATS performance measurements, which includes preparing agendas, conducting meetings, and establishing action item resolution * Directing the utilization of proprietary CMMS software and reviewing key performance metrics with team to drive improvements * Managing a multi-shift (24x7) operation * Managing and monitoring portions of customer inventory, controlling budget inventory levels, and maintaining inventory management measurements * Working with staff to investigate and develop cost-saving opportunities Qualifications * Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university preferred * 3 - 5 years of experience in a related field preferred * Previous track record of improving processes, creating savings, and adding value * Past experience improving the output of a team * Previous experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma is highly desirable * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software * Evidence of continuing education and involvement with professional organizations * Geographic mobility required ATS offers a competitive salary and benefits program which includes: * Medical/dental plans * Prescription drug program * Vision plan * 401(k) with company match * Tuition reimbursement * Life insurance * Flexible spending account ATS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
