Site Manager Job in Lowestoft, Anglia UK
Our Very Successful Client requires Experienced Site Managers to work on Wind Projects in the UK and Europe.
With a background in offshore or windfarm construction you will be a strong character with a focus on achieving project completion in a safe, timely manner. You will have experience in project site management and be familiar with managing multidisciplinary teams working offshore. Overall you will be a team player with drive and commitment to complete our projects.
Responsibility
Overall responsibility for the site activities
Refer to Project Manager
Liase with Client Rep
Prepare daily reports
Leading ad coaching the supervisors and staff
Coordinate maritime activities
Coordinate daily toolbox meeting
Reporting non conformances
Quality assurance of supervisor activities
HSE assurance of site activities
Planning of daily activities
Ensuring conformity with project procedure
Key Skills:
Strong communication and team player
Proven track record in project site management
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Certification (may be provided during startup):
o Offshore survival (inclusive of HUET)
o 12 hour first aid at work qualification
o Valid HSE offshore medical certificate
o Offshore wind turbine climbing/height rescue certificate
o Confined spaces entry certificate
This contract role is based upon a 2 week on, 2 week off rotation.
