About our Client

Our client has grown significantly over the last three years and specialise in delivering Commercial and Residential projects in Victoria. Due to winning two Commercial jobs that need to be delivered before Christmas, they require an experienced Site Manager to join their team. With a strong pipeline of work for 2012, this role has chance of becoming permanent if the successful candidate can deliver a quality project.

Job Description

Reporting to the Construction Manager and Project Manager you will take complete ownership of all trades on site, ensure that all safety standards are adhered to by sub-contractors, quality assurance, monitor programme with the Project Manager and manage all defects on the projects.

The Successful Applicant

You will ideally have delivered commercial construction projects up to $5 million and have worked on structures and fitout projects. The successful candidate will be able to drive and keep sub-contractors on side, to ensure the project mets its deadline.
