Based in Hobart, Langford is a progressive provider of mental health disability support services to the community.
Site Manager
Permanent Full Time
The site manager will be a senior member of the Langford Team responsible for the management of a range of programs providing residential support to individuals with disability and mental health issues.
The Person
The Site Manager will have relevant qualifications in the disability and mental health sector and supervisory and management experience in a similar setting.
The successful applicant will have well developed communication skills, sound leadership skills and experience, the ability to respond to crisis and emergencies with clear thinking and within policy and guidelines with a passion for further training and development.
A sound knowledge of the disability and mental health sectors and demonstrated ability to participate in the future development of the organisation and sector for contemporary, innovative and quality service provision.
The skills and experience to develop and manage teams providing quality, individualised support to people with disabilities and mental illness, including individual support and training development.
