A family run, corporately managed organisation with over 30 years experience within cleaning, washroom, pest control and waste management services are looking for a Site Operations Manager for a Cleaning and Waste Distribution Centre based in Bradford.
The key elements of the role are:
- Overseeing the Site Support Manager for all internal and external cleaning and waste
- Ensuring waste handling of all recyclables are maximized in line with the client's procedures
- Developing initiatives
- Maintaining excellent relationships with the client
- Management of PL accounts
- Organising rotas and shift patterns
The Successful Candidate will be:
- Driven to achieving excellent standards and results
- Able to motivate a team
- Strong written, verbal, IT and keyboard skills
- Strong values in Customer Service
- Passion for the environment/recycling desirable
Experience in Team Management, client communication and reporting is essential.
This will suit an individual with customer management experience who is able to demonstrate that they are organised, detail focused, can communicate effectively at all levels, build relationships quickly and has a can do attitude.
