Site Representative
We are seeking a Site Representative to represent our company at our prestigious client's site. Specific job duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Responsible for customer satisfaction through the performance and maintenance of reprographic equipment at our customer's site. Follow daily, established maintenance processes and procedures; maintain routine upkeep of equipment including cleaning glass and surfaces, clearing paper jams, replenishing toner and loading paper; evaluate equipment issues and notify service department if unable to resolve; assist with equipment installations, setups and moves; deliver paper; respond to customer requests; assist end-users in basic functionality of equipment; record meter reads; maintain service activity reports; monitor supplies and restock inventory; produce inventory reports using excel.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of excel, prior reprographics or document imaging experience, technical knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot copier equipment, ability to lift paper and packages weighing up to 55lbs. Must have a clean, valid driver's license. Outsourcing/facilities management experience a plus.
