Site Superintendent Job in Grande Prairie, Alberta Canada
Daytona Homes is looking for a experienced Site Superintendent for our Grande Prairie location! Under the direction of the Construction Manager, the Site Superintendent directs and coordinates field technicians, trade/supplier partners and inspectors to ensure all homes are constructed within company quality and time objectives.
You will be expected to review site conditions to ensure that building areas are prepared prior to construction start date. You will coordinate, direct and schedule the work of trade/supplier partners to ensure company quality and time objectives are met and measured against pre-determined milestones. Site Superintendants are also responsible to conduct thorough pre-occupancy inspections and sign off with customers in accordance with company processes.
An appropriate candidate will have strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, as well as have experience delegating and managing a team. 3-5 years experience is an asset. A valid Alberta driver’s license is necessary.
