Site Supervisor
Our client has built a reputation as the preferred EPCM for large scale projects in the Pilbara region and as a result is experiencing growth and a success rate of new project awards that is unrivalled in the industry.
With a number of projects coming into construction our client is offering a long term move for you to join a successful team and be rewarded well for your Electrical Construction experience. You will support a successful and professional Electrical Superintendent who has grown his team and has loyalty from those who he works with due to the organisation and direction he provides and the ability to give supervisors the autonomy and responsibility they need.
If you can successfully supervise electrical maintenance teams, ensuring the optimal utilisation of all resources through effective management of labour use and materials and bring a committed and professional attitude this is an opportunity to make a big impact on high profile and large project developments.
You will be able to demonstrate an overriding commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and Team Work, and will strive to be a pro-active and conscientious member of the team, whilst helping to achieve the department's targets together.
Duties will include (but not all):
- Document and prepare daily reports
- Ensure project variations and modifications are approved and signed off
- Ensure all testing and check sheets are completed and signed off
- Provide commissioning support
- Prepare and review work orders
- Attend prestart, daily and weekly meetings with sub contractors
- Review detailed work scopes for each work order

To be considered for the positions you MUST possess:
- A minimum 5 years Supervision experience on large scale projects
- A minimum 4 years EPCM experience
- At least ten years specific experience in field works
- A proven track record leading large teams of contractors
- Be able to liaise with staff on all levels
This position will be offering rewarding rates and a FIFO roster. You MUST also be able to show a proven track record working on Australian projects and be fully coherent with Australian standards.
