Site Supervisor

Based in the Pilbara region of WA this is a FIFO role working on a 3 on 1 off Roster. As a valued member of the team, you will be required to facilitate the successful and timely delivery of this construction project.
You will be responsible for and/or involved with:
- Effectively managing site organisation
- Management of direct labour and sub-contractors.
- Ensuring compliance to relevant standards contract requirements.
- Ensuring that the safety requirements of the site are being adhered to.
To be successful for this role you will bring with you:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management or be a registered builder.
- Experience in a similar role within the resource industry.
- Understanding of Workplace Health Safety obligations and industry safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication and management skills to lead and an effective and productive team
- Exceptional time management/organisational skills ability to prioritise.
