Brief Outline Our client is currently looking for experienced industrial roofing Site Supervisor for their London based projects About Our Client Our client is a leading industrial roofing contractor with a solid reputation within the industry. The company has been established for over a two decades and have a turnover in the region of £15 million. The company completes various projects across London up to the value of £5million. The company is looking to source an experienced Sites Supervisor who will hit the ground running and help the company expand to greater heights About the Role * Responsibility for site supervision on projects up to £5million in value * Management of various staff and controlling labour resources * Adhering to and implementing site Health and Safety * Provide QA, Inspection and Fault Reports * Responsibility for ordering and checking materials About the Candidate * It is essential the candidate have a solid background in single ply, hot melt, cold applied, built up felt * A background in working in the commercial industry * Proven to have site operational knowledge * Experience in dealing with clients and site labour * Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to * Must be self-motivated as well as a motivator * Must have CSCS card * Must have SMSTS * Ideally qualified to NVQ level 4 Points of Appeal * Major Player Contact: If you are interested in the above vacancy or wish to discuss any other opportunities please contact Emmett Griffin on 02076935222 or email e.griffin@humres.co.uk
