Six Sigma Change Manager – Leading Corporate Bank

My client is a top performing Corporate Bank with a global presence and a strong balance sheet which is looking at developing six sigma initiatives within their Transaction Banking Operations department.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate workflow enhancement of the department, to enhance operating efficiency and cost-effectiveness within Transaction Banking department

• Develop synergies between different business units under Transaction Banking Services (Cash management and payments, trade finance, security services, custody etc) and develop the Target Operating Model.

• Formulate project plan, execute and monitor project progress. Formulate budget and monitor the expense tracking

• Perform quality checking on various deliverables

Requirements:

• Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Economics, Banking related discipline preferred

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management within the Banking industry, with 3 years in supervisory level

• Corporate Banking experience is highly preferred

• Experience in Lean / Six Sigma / Workflow Enhancement projects as a team leader

• Strong project management, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage

• Flexible and adaptive to changes
