My client is a globally recognised leader in its field, the company is expanding heavily and they are looking for a Head of Process Excellence to lead the team. You will be responsible for providing capabilities and support in developing process based improvements throughout the organisation.
My client is looking for someone with 10 yrs experience within operations management, process engineering or quality engineering.
Knowledge of process engineering and continuous improvement methodologies and quality systems (Lean, ISO, Six Sigma) with strong interpersonal and communication skills is essential for the role.
Any background in contact centre management inclusive CRM, CMS, Sales, Service, process, recruitment etc would be an advantage for the role.
You will need to focus on finding the right solutions: investigate, engage and probe, research, collaborate with senior throughout the business.
This is a visible role and will give you the opportunity to take on extra responsibility in a growing organisation.
Salary negotiable depending on experience coupled with excellent benefits.
This role is based in Shanghai so Mandarin is essential
