Our client is a diversified Financial Institution with Institutional, Commercial and Retail business. An opportunity has arisen for a six sigma background candidate to join the team.
The Role
Reporting to the head of Change Management, you will be working closely with your small team to handle all Hong Kong process re-engineering for the retail banking side of the business. There will also be system enhancement related projects and new business initiatives.
Your Profile
- Degree holder with 8-10 years experience doing projects within a bank
- Sig Sigma Black Belt Certified
- Experience working retail banking related projects
- Good understanding of operational flow for retail business
- Excellent control sense and updated with the regulations in the current market
- Solid communication and ability to deal with different parties internally and externally
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin
