Job Description

Participates in the design, development and delivery of skills training programs.

• Responsible for leading design/development projects of moderate to extreme complexity.
• Manages design process with Management and/or project team(s)
• Defines project plan and monitors project progress, reports status to management
• Participates in and/or leads design process of new training programs as well as major revisions to existing programs
• Develops and delivers lessons, exercises, and all supporting materials for new and existing training programs
• Performs major revisions to existing programs as needed
• Provides feedback on and edits to training materials developed by other trainers
• Coaches delivery staff during transition phase
• Completes special projects, as directed
• Helps to gather training needs and deliver solutions with our internal clients

Focus of the job on design, development and delivery of moderate to complex skills training programs/projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, communication, or training
• Extensive operations experience, skills in Account Management or related experience
• Extensive Skills Trainer experience
• Excellent platform delivery skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical skills from operations experience
• Proficient in program design, development needs assessment and evaluation methodologies
• Project management skills
• Knowledge of training techniques and understanding of adult learning principles/styles
• Strong computer skills
