Description
Reporting to Client Services Officer II the incumbent is responsible for analyzing and administering client calls between Sec Lending and institutional clients. Ensures the attainment of all service requirements and performance metrics are in accordance with agreed upon service standards, policies and procedures. Handles moderate problems of complexity. Establishes contact with clients and explains objectives and performance in a confidential manner. The incumbent usually acts independently and is accountable and responsible for client satisfaction, client profitability, risk, legal and compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, economics. 3+ years of related industry experience in a financial services and/or sec lending environment. Excellent customer service, organizational, detail oriented, planning follow up skills. Ability to exercise discretion and act independently. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
