Financial Controller / Manager (Stationed in Guangdong)

Duties:

Report directly to the Finance Director
Manage and monitor the overall accounting and finance operation in PRC
Prepare of financial reporting package in compliance with HK listing rules and local regulations
Responsible for management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and treasury function
Take charge in financial planning and corporate development for the business in PRC
Review and enhance internal control policies and procedures to ensure an effective and efficient operation
Liaise with external parties including auditors, lawyers and local government

Requirements:

Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualifications
Minimum 10 years relevant experience, candidate with more experience will be considered for a higher position
Experience in property developer is a must
Sound knowledge of PRC and Hong Kong accounting practices
Independent, self-motivated, responsible and able to meet tight deadlines
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua is a must
Station in PRC is required
