Seeking General Manager for a slot route operation. Candidate will be responsible for the daily operation, administration, financial performance, cost control and inventory control for the entire operation.
Requirements:
- minimum of 5 years of business management experience, preferably in slot route management
- minimum of 10 years gaming experience
- knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedures
- solid knowledge and experience in managing standard accounting and financial analysis tools
- ability to effectively present information to groups of all sizes as well as to top management
- have strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills
- have a good working knowledge of modern gaming machines and associated equipment
- able to troubleshoot and repair gaming machines
